Made according to the rules of the art, the Camargue forged knife n°10 in olive wood is assembled by hand. It is welded point by point to the top rocker. This grinding technique gives the blade a perfect edge. The plates, spring and back of the blade are decorated with fine guilloche work specific to each product. Each Le Camarguais knife is therefore a unique piece.
