An international success story

Expansion of the range to include a collection of fringed garments (very fashionable at the time). Pieces always imagined and designed by Michel.

Throughout this period, the company never stopped working hard! The factory had 47 employees, 700 retailers distributed the brand throughout France and abroad. Twice a year, La Camarguaise participated in exhibitions. Start of the partnership with Portugal.

The 2000s

A day off in Lisbon! In the 2000s, as the age of retirement approached and no one was available to take over the production, the Vernet family decided to keep the brand but to entrust the production to Portugal. They chose a factory that remained faithful to their quality requirements. This factory already manufactures for major brands such as Free Lance or Aigle.

The team travels there regularly to continue to create new models and ensure that the manufacturing process runs smoothly.
