Our savoir-faire
The real
Gardianne boot
About 72 steps are needed to make a boot.
Each pair is meticulously crafted and pampered down to the last detail.

1
Stage 1: Creation
We imagine and draw sketches of the model first on paper and then on a form.
2
Step 2: Cutting
The cutting of the leather pieces is done either with a laser (this is the only step where human intervention is less important) or with a press using dies.
3
Step 3: Assembly
and quilting
Before sewing the pieces of leather, small hands have already trimmed, dyed, hammered them…
4
Step 4: Installation
The rods are shaped on the production line, sewn to the first leather and then assembled by GOODYEAR.
5
Step 5: Installation
Goodyear
The ultimate in manufacturing, the GOODYEAR assembly requires the high level of technical expertise that characterises top-of-the-range shoes. A double seam joins the upper to the sole, which makes the shoe exceptionally durable and resealable.

Step 6: Finishing
The last stage where our shoes are pampered so that the result of all our work comes as close as possible to the desired perfection.
