The website lacamarguaise.fr is an e-commerce website accessible to any user of the internet, owned by the company CALEYA SARL, based at 34 RUE DE L’AURORE 30240 LE GRAU-DU-ROI, hereinafter referred to as the “seller”.
It offers PRODUCTS for sale to internet users browsing this website, hereinafter referred to as “users”. A user who has validated an order will be referred to as the “buyer”.
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all countries to which an order can be delivered: Andorra, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Monaco, Portugal and Switzerland.
Order
Any order placed on this website implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The seller reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time by publishing a new version on the site. The applicable general terms and conditions of sale are those in force on the date the order is placed.
An email summarizing all the elements of the order, which serves as acknowledgement of receipt, will also be sent to the buyer at the email address they provided.
The buyer who has placed an order may access the tracking of their order, as well as all their data, by logging into their account with their email address and password.

The products offered to you are those presented on the site, within the limit of available stock.
The photographs shown are not contractual. The seller’s liability will not be engaged if these photographs are inaccurate.
The seller sells new, first-quality products. The essential characteristics are presented in the product sheets.
Prices
The prices shown are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges for all countries served except the United Kingdom and Switzerland. They do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are specified to the buyer before the final validation of their order.
Any order placed on the site that will be delivered outside France may be subject to customs duties imposed by the country of destination.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the applicable rates are those in force on the date the order is placed.
Payment
The order form summarizes the price of the products as well as the delivery charges. Payment via a 3DSecure system allows you to pay for your purchases securely. Purchases are debited from your card upon validation of payment.

Shipping and Returns
Products are shipped within 72 hours if in stock.
They must be returned unused, unworn, unmodified and undamaged in their original packaging.
For an exchange, send back the pair at your expense and we will carry out the exchange upon receipt.
If the model does not suit you, we will refund the price of the returned item.
For a return via Colissimo, pay for your RETURN VOUCHER then receive your shipping label by email.
Withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of the products purchased on this site to cancel the contract concluded with the seller. To cancel the contract, we invite you to contact customer service from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
If you decide to cancel this contract, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the products to return them. Returns are at your expense unless they are due to a defect. Products from the same order must be returned in a single shipment. The refund covers the price of the products on the date of purchase.
You will be notified by email upon receipt of the products.
If the return terms are not respected, the amounts paid cannot be refunded. The products may then be sent back to you at your expense.
Refund Time and Terms
If the return terms are respected, you will be refunded within 14 working days from the date on which the seller was notified of your exercise of your right of withdrawal.
If there was no match between the recipient of the products and the person who made the payment, the refund will be made to the person who made said payment.
