Made according to the rules of the art, the Camargue forged knife n°10 in amourette wood is assembled by hand. It is welded point by point to the top rocker. This welding technique gives the blade a perfect edge. The plates, spring and back of the blade are decorated with fine guilloche work specific to each product. Each Le Camarguais knife is therefore a unique piece. The Amourette is a South American tree of the Moraceae family.
