Handmade
The Goodyear welt (or Goodyear stitched construction) is a double stitch. The first seam joins the upper, the insole and the welt (a small strip of leather placed between two layers of leather to strengthen the seam), and a second seam attaches the welt to the outsole. Goodyear construction is synonymous with top-of-the-range quality and allows the boots to be resoled.
